Reservation and Deposit Instructions

Summer Season: Memorial Day thruough Labor Day.
Winter Season: Labor Day to Memorial Day, excluding holidays.
Holiday Periods: Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years, Easter week, Labor Day & Memorial Day Weekend, and 4th of July.
Reservation Policy: 50% of Damage Deposit, Cleaning Fee, and Rental amount due immediately to reserve your dates. Balance is due no less than 30days prior to arrival to guarantee your reservation. If reservations are made within the 30 day period, then the total amount is due immediately.
Cancellation Policy: 80% of all payments made are refundable in case of cancellation 3 months prior to your arrival date. No refund of rental payments can be made after this period unless a substitute rental is found.
Damage Deposit: $500 – Refundable.
Cleaning Fee: $150
