Note: All funds in USD and please email me the day you mail or make credit card payment so I can be on the lookout for it. A confirmation will be issued via email as soon as your funds are verified. Also at this time, I'll mail you Mark's@SilverStrand-GUEST AGREEMENT that you can sign and send back with your final payment.

Reservation Policy

50% of Damage Deposit, Cleaning Fee, Rental amount and Occupancy Tax due immediately to reserve your dates. Balance is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival to guarantee your license to occupancy. If reservations are made within the 30 day period, then the total amount is due immediately.

Cancellation Policy

80% of all payments made are refundable in case of cancellation 3 months prior to your arrival date. No refund of license payments can be made after this period unless a substitute is found.

Damage Deposit: $1,000

Fully refundable if no damage is incurred and all provisions of the GUEST AGREEMENT are fulfilled.

Cleaning Fee: $250
